About The Event
Do you think about what you snack on, when you snack and why you snack? My Mindful Snacking workshop is filled with positive snack ideas, encouraging you to eat with attention and to be present in the moment.
This workshop is filled with tips to help you create quick and simple, sugar free healthy snacks that will keep you energised for your day ahead.
- On this workshop you will learn:
- What to eat and drink to avoid unhealthy snacking, using whole foods.
- Simple snack ideas and sampling
- Recipe demos and tastings
- Recipe notes
- Shopping list
- You will receive a goodie bag with the recipes we make on the day.
Please note all recipes are plant based, vegan friendly and free from refined sugar and gluten. Please make us aware of any allergies prior to the event.
I am a strong believer that you can improve your health through good food. My mission is to inspire and encourage people to make healthier food choices through simple changes. Since I have first hand experience on healing myself naturally, I want to share my ideas with you, to help you feel better from the inside out! I want you to be motivated to improve your own health and well-being, and understand that food can have a huge impact on your health.
