Our immune system is one of the most important things in our body, afterall, it keeps us healthy! We have compiled a list of foods which better your immune system.


Citrus Fruit


You may have heard about the timely trick of taking some vitamin C when you’ve caught a nasty cold, this is because it in fact does help strengthen your immune system! Vitamin C help urge the production of white blood cells. An excellent food for the job is citrus fruits, such as oranges and grapefruits, as they are packed with vitamin C.

Broccoli



Along with aiding digestion and being rich in fibre, broccoli is loaded with vitamins A, C and E. All these nutrients are shown to strengthen your immune system, so make sure you load that plate up with broccoli!
