Wild Food & Remedies by Season:

Join naturalist, forager, and all-round plantswoman Lauren Lochrie of Herbal Homestead for a seasonal foraging walk & make! Participants will learn about what wild things are abundant locally in Spring and how to prepare them in different ways. You can expect to explore key plant identification cues, harvesting techniques, try some pre-prepared foraged tasters, as well as making a foraged tea and spring greens tonic.
