Koji Squash Risotto

koji marinated squash and sage risotto top with leafy greens (sl)

Bramble Cranberry Frangipane

Almond sponge with a frangipane base (n/g)

Blood Orange Brownie

Brownie pieces serves with cream and a blood orange coulis, topped with cacao nibs

Whiskey Cake & Oat Mousse

Spiced sponge served with oat and cinnamon flavored mousse (g)
