Join us every Saturday morning for a Vinyasa Flow yoga session with Hélène.
Vinyasa yoga focuses on moving fluidly with the breath from posture to posture (asana). For 1 hour, we will work in sequences with a particular attention on alignments, balance and strengthening the body.
The practice starts with a mindful breathing, followed by warming up before Sun Salutations and transition to peak postures. The sessions end with restorative poses and relaxation to enjoy the benefits of the practice. Classes vary each week as we develop a specific focus in the main sequence.
Expect to boost your energy, feeling more grounded, calmer and healthier after the class.
Classes are accessible to ALL levels as modifications are offered to suit every body’s pace and comfort.
Emphasis is given on functional rather that aesthetic postures.
You'll partake in this workshop and then be offered a tea or coffee to enjoy.
