Home made vegan cheeses are miles ahead of the commercially available ones in terms of flavour and nutrition, and can easily be customised with seasonal herbs and spices so this is a workshop not to be missed if you are a lover of vegan cheese!
This is a demo style workshop including sampling all of the cheeses, discussing all the ingredients, methods and recipes with clear instructions on how to make them at home.
Included are the following
- Creamy cashew Cheese - perfect for spreading on crackers or sourdough
- Melty Mozzarella - perfect with pizza
- Fermented Almond Cheese - delicious and tangy and naturally fermented with soya kefir, fermented brine or a probiotic capsule!
- Vegan Parmesan - a perfect garnish for pasta dishes, soup, salads and sandwiches.
A few delicious cracker recipes will also be included as a perfect accompaniment to the cheeses along with a couple of ferments to make a stunning cheeseboard, packed with flavour, probiotics and fibre!
The recipes will be e mailed in the form of an e book after the workshop, so you can easily recreate all the cheeses at home.
