Janice has been interested in fermenting for years, experimenting and researching these ancient methods, with very modern benefits for our health. She is often referred to as The Queen of Fermentation, such is her obsession with all things fermented! she has a background is in Food Science, a macrobiotic qualification and an MSc in Analytical Biochemistry. She is a massive foodie, blogger and a passionate promoter of a plant-based diet. So, what is all the fuss about Fermented Foods? All illness starts in the gut, heal the gut you heal yourself.
