Sunday Stillness

Sunday Stillness is an opportunity to relax deeply in a healing energetic space. We will meditate, and chat, and open up to receive whatever is appropriate in those moments. When two or more people meet with the intention to transform, heal and bathe in presence, powerful energy begins to fill up the space. Together we create a wonderful environment for healing to occur.

My intention is to hold these healing meditation sessions twice a month, each session having a different theme.

This session we will be looking at how to be present within our bodies. It's so easy to forget to send ourselves loving healthy messages, to abandon healthy self-talk and replace it unhealthy self-loathing insults. We are too eager to judge ourselves and take these judgements to be the truth of who we are.

So this session is about self-care, self-love, feeling at home within our bodies, allowing our wounds of self-judgement to rise to the surface, and to be held and healed in a beautiful and powerful field of healing stillness.

For those of you who have never experienced my work, the field we create is loving, healing and assists you in finding your own inner peace, your sense of inner being, your own generator of self-empowerment. It is a journey into self-love, and I hope that you find your way on June 30th to Sunday Stillness.
