We would love to invite you to our very first Spring Supper Club where we will have an evening of inspirational talk with Janice Clyne and a 3 course set menu, beautifully prepared by our amazing Head Chef.
Viibrant fermenter and plant-based advocate Janice Clyne will be joining us, sharing some of her secrets for living well and feeling great. Diversity is the name of the game, eating seasonally and having foraged food, ferments and loads of plants in our diet to support our trillions of gut microbes. Gut health is so important as you know, impacting mental health, immunity, metabolism, skin health, hormone balance and every other aspect of our health, and Janice will bring her great wealth of knowledge and experience to what will undoubtedly be a vibrant, energetic conversation on this very subject.
Janice is a massive foodie who only eats food she enjoys, and is a huge fan of simple-to-prepare nutritionally diverse food, ticking all the boxes for our health and the environment. So we hope you will join us for a fantastic evening of food and inspiration, as Janice shares some of her favourite recipes and foods for the lighter days of Spring, and you get to taste the beautiful creations of our Head Chef, Kofi.
