Claire will share her extensive knowledge to equip you with a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual toolkit to not just survive in life but to really thrive. With a focus on mindfulness, body awareness, nutrition, essential oils, tools to minimise stress and enhance resilience to support a harmonious body, mind and spirit they promise to be full of hints, tips and gems of information.
Isn’t it time we all got equipped to manage our stress, boost our mood and build our resilience so we can better support our mental and emotional health? Bad times and personal challenges come to all of us. The research suggests approximately one in five of us will have a recognised mental disorder at any given time
and we will all experience mental/ emotional health issues at some point on our lifetime.
The good news is we can learn a variety of different interventions and supportive actions and practices that can help us navigate these challenging times and manage our stress, low mood and anxious thoughts better.
Stress has a significant impact on our mental and emotional wellbeing and while we can’t always avoid stressful life experiences we learn to manage the challenges as they arise, to support our body and brain health and bring us back into balance.
In this 2 hour class, you will learn a variety of natural solutions that can empower you to cope with life’s difficulties and to take back control of your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
The tools we’ll use range from mindfulness, body awareness, nutrition, essential oils, lifestyle changes and stress reduction tools to put you back in control of your health. With Claire’s support, you can learn to develop skills and an everyday resource toolkit to help get your life back to a state of greater flow and balance.
