About The Event
Part 1 of the course is a stand alone part and can be done without continuing onto the later parts. All the tools given in Part 1 course will form the basis of the other levels and will give your clients huge benefits.
In addition, Part 2 and Part 3 of the course will give you more nutritional therapy theory and further nutritional therapy tools to use with your clients.
You can not take part 2 or 3 without taking part 2.Â
The Be Lean Eat Green Accredited Nutrition Course is a 3 part course, each part being an intensive, one-day live workshop which incorporates theory and practical education. Led by highly experienced, qualified nutritional therapists, Dr Jane Jamieson PhD and Karen Scobie, you will be taken through the most important aspects of safe and effective nutritional regimes. You will learn about suitable plans to use with your clients , or yourself, and understand some key elements of improving nutrition to support health goals.
The course is an interactive learning experience designed to provide you with the tools necessary to give safe and effective nutritional advice.
The course is accredited by Active IQ, a leading awarding organisation regulated by Ofqual.
The course is open to anyone who has an interest in health and nutrition; whether you are looking to improve your own health or that of your family, or are a fitness or wellness professional and would like to give safe and effective advice to clients to help them reach their health goals.
