Optimise your Health with Juicing ‘an apple a day, keeps the doctor away’ We think the same could be said for vibrant, healthy juices. In the UK, it is recommended that we have at least 7 portions of fruits and veg every day to maintain optimum health. That ﬁgure should probably be higher. In Japan, the recommended number is 17. Can you imagine ploughing your way through 17 portions of fruits and veg?
Most people struggle with a few portions, and this is why having a daily juice is such a great and healthy idea. With just one glass of fresh juice, your body will receive a wonderful complex of phytonutrients, enzymes, anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals, all working synergistically to improve your health.
Depending on the contents of your juice, you will deﬁnitely be on your way to exceeding those 7 recommended portions. Just by adding a daily juice to your diet, you will receive so many beneﬁts, more energy and vitality, sharper focus and greater productivity, healthier glowing skin and better digestion. As we move into summer, it is so much easier to develop the habit of daily juicing, and we believe it is a habit that will truly optimise your health.

The workshop will be given by David Rabone, our juice therapist, who also happens to be a pharmacist with 25 years experience. For the past 20 years, he has also trained in many holistic healing modalities in the UK, as well as training internationally with highly respected spiritual teachers and healers. He has a great deal of experience in both conventional and complementary healthcare.
