Tingle your taste buds, impress your friends and family and treat your gut microbes with some fantastic festive food and ferments, good enough to grace any festive table! Many of these will make ideal gifts for foodie and health-conscious friends too!
This workshop is all about delicious food that looks good, tastes good and makes you feel great! As no celebration is complete without treats and nibbles, I’ll be showing you some recipes and ideas that are healthy and vibrant. So no more feeling heavy, sluggish and bloated, you’ll be nourished and full of energy this festive season!
We will be sampling dips, snacks and finger foods, plus I’ll show you how to put together a fabulous festive vegan cheese board complete with seasonal ferments; these are quick to make and will be ready in around 7 to 10 days, so plenty of time to make them for the festivities!
Of course, there will be a selection of delicious sweet treats, all with a healthy prebiotic element, which can be frozen for a treat anytime and very handy for unexpected visitors!

We will be sampling all of these delicious treats and you will be emailed all the recipes after the workshop. Everything is vegan so no animal products will be used at all.
