About The Event
Laurianne’s Raw Cakes is a small business based just outside Glasgow and solely focusing on raw, vegan & gluten free
desserts. Raw desserts are made blending together nuts, seeds, dates, fruits, veggies, spices etc. there is no baking involved.
The raw diet has been around for a while now and is getting more and more popular. Heating food destroys nutrients and natural enzymes. When you cook it, you kill it! By eating raw you will improve your digestive system & assimilate the food you eat more easily.
During the workshop, Laurianne will demonstrate how to make a raw cheesecake and some delicious raw brownies. You will
also, make your own little raw fruit tartlet. After the workshop, you will be served a raw lunch to enjoy with Laurianne picking her brain on all things raw food related. Then you will go home with the recipes and a box full of raw goodies made during the workshop. All the recipes made during the workshop are fully plant-based and gluten free. They all contain nuts.
