About The Event
Breathing correctly can significantly improve your health and well-being. Most people take breathing for granted and don’t benefit from the full potential of their lungs. We are born with the ability to breath well but the accumulation of the normal stresses and fears of life restricts the correct natural breathing pattern.
The correct natural breathing pattern can be relearned at any age and its practice has immediate benefits. Join Breathing expert Heather Monteith, with decades of breathwork experience, at Soul Food Kitchen to re-learn how to breathe correctly.
Traumas, anxiety and other negative life experiences contribute towards the habit of incorrect breathing. Currently working for the ‘Trust Your Breath’ Glasgow-based charity, breathing qualified Heather Monteith will show you how to breathe properly, in order to benefit your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
Please bring a cushion and if possible a rug for this workshop.
