Join qualified Forest Bathing guide Zoe MacGregor for a seasonal Forest Bathing experience. Zoe will guide you through a series of invitations that will help you slow down, using your senses to notice and connect more deeply with the natural world around you. Giving yourself the gift of time for Forest Bathing has proven health and wellbeing benefits and we will finish with a small tea ceremony.

Participants must be over 18 and although we’re not walking far or fast, please dress for the weather. Sit mats can be provided.

What to expect

A forest bathing walk lasts approximately 2 hours and covers a short distance of about 1 mile. A guided session is based on a series of invitations that offer ways of using your senses and surroundings to slow down and connect more deeply with the natural world around us.
