2020 Vision Boards by Shuna Mercer

There isn't a more perfect time and place than the beginning of 2020, at Soul Kitchen to create and manifest your visions.

So join Shuna as we let go of the year that’s been, reflect on its teachings and bring into the light all the wonderful things you wish to achieve in 2020, be it physical, emotional, mental or spiritual wellbeing. 

Within a safe and peaceful space, Shuna will guide you through a short meditation for personal reflection, to really centre yourself before setting and creating your clear visions for 2020. Vision boards or dream boards are a powerful tool for setting and manifesting these visions. 

Materials, guidance and space for you to create your own vision board will be provided and advice as well as tips on how to really give it powerful and clear purpose.

Price includes all art materials a drink and a delicious cake.

Please feel free to bring anything you wish to add to your vision board such as photos and/or pictures.
